Steak Kajang

Siapa tak pernah dengar Sate Kajang? Resipi original, sedap + nikmat yang tak boleh cari di mana2 selain di Kajang.

Kami di Perfect Fresh & Frozen Kajang, mempersilakan warga Lembah Klang untuk mencuba “Steak Kajang“! Keluaran warga tempatan dan syarikat dari Kajang, Steak Kajang bukan steak biasa walaupun harga kami lebih rendah dari steakhouse yang lain (RM 19.90 😀 )!

Kami tidak menggunakan steak beku. Semua daging adalah “chilled” dan kami menggunakan teknologi “wet-aging” (teknik pembungkusan vakum). Teknik ini digunakan oleh butchers di USA dan Australia bagi menjamin daging sentiasa segar dan rasa lebih sedap dari daging biasa! “Butchers” di Perfect Fresh & Frozen juga memastikan Steak Kajang adalah HALAL (JAKIM certified) & disediakan dengan kaedah yang paling bersih (amalan HACCP).

Untuk pengetahuan peminat “Steak Kajang“, hidangan “Steak kajang” yang berkualiti bermula dari kaedah menjaga lembu hingga ke peringkat pemprosesan. Kami tidak mengambil ringan proses ini bagi memastikan “Steak Kajang” sentiasa sedap!

Why does our steak taste so good? – The Science & Art Behind It

The art of delicious cooking lay upon 2 main principles; raw material + heat control.

Some of our customers love to compare our steaks taste and deliciousness to premium steakhouses like Victoria Station, Chillis, Tony Romas, etc.

Our System

While we do not brag nor claim we have the best steaks in town, it’s just a matter of controlling the variables from sourcing the best Australian meat to controlling the raw material’s supply chain, minimizing bacterial contact and cooking it with the right temperature.

As a franchisor, we have embedded a system to control the variables as mentioned. This helps us to preserve the tenderness, succulent taste and juiciness of the steak to you.

The Art

If you are one of our customers in Kajang who love to bring back our beef but find it troublesome to get the same result as we do, we would like to share our method of cooking steaks on grill / charcoal grill;

  • Adopt the 5-4-2-2 principle.
  • High heat for 5 minutes (one side), 4 minutes (the other side)
  • Medium heat for 2 minutes (one side), 2 minutes (the other side)

Steaks are easy to cook.

The mistake people make is to cook the steaks well done. When you do this, the juiciness and tenderness of the meat is significantly reduced. You will want to ensure it is cooked between medium to medium well.

The Science

Remember “Gerakan Brown”? It is similar to cooking. If you put on high heat on both sides of the steak, you will likely burn it because the particles are moving too fast while you forget, the inside particles may not be moving at all.

Keeping a medium heat helps to transfer the heat into the center of the meat to ensure it is cooked evenly.

A temperature chart helps as a guide to select the best temperature during cooking;

  • 52 degrees celcius – Rare
  • 60 degrees celcius – Medium
  • 65 degrees celcius – Medium Well
  • 71 degrees celcius & above – Well Done

The Portable Kiosk

Yeehaa Kiosk is a portable kiosk. It is designed to provide flexibility for entrepreneurs to position their kiosk at the best location to generate income. The structure is made to fit a small car (ex: kancil) for part time entrepreneurs.
